The client asked us to turn an around 500-sqm empty interior space to be one of the first co-working projects on Ramkhamhaeng Road. We did a lot of research and case studies to propose what kind of the co-working would be the most appropriate to this location. The site offers indoor parking spots and is very convenient to access from the public transportation, such as BTS and MRT. There are also many condominiums around the site, so we proposed facilities for freelancers, SMEs, and residents around the area to hang out and work individually and collaboratively.
