This is a renovation project for an over 10-year-old condo unit. We are asked to redesign a 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom condo space for a single family with twin newborns. Our challenges for this project include existing conditions of the unit that is in an irregular shape and low ceiling height. Moreover, the clients require adaptable spaces for different levels of privacy when they have a nanny or maid to stay with.
